"Tonight we truly wined and dined with Kings and Queens" - Vicent "Dusty" Rhodes
I don't really know where to start, 'lost for words?' How unlike me, particularly on my Live Journal. It's been a long time since I've updated on here, I've never felt the need to, to be honest. That all changed today.

    Soul King "Bowser" Campbell
    Tuesday, 9th March 1993 - Friday, 14th December 2007

It still hasn't quite sunk in yet, but on Friday, Bowser past away. We knew it was coming soon and we, as a family, decided the best way to do it and at 18:50pm he fell asleep for the last time in my arms.

Words can't describe how it felt being in that tiny room at the Vets with my Dad. After much deliberation between my twin and I we decided that it was better if I went with Dad and he stayed with Mum at home. I don't think I could have coped being at home and having the job to remove all of his belongings into the garage.

After it happened I had such a feeling of guilt, something I felt I would never be able to shift. I fell asleep that night the quickest I've ever managed to "drop off" and I woke up early feeling happy. I left the house and the sky was beautiful. I knew then that I need not feel guilty anymore.

My dad keeps saying how funny it is that something like a dog can make a family feel this way. We all loved Bowser as we love each other, he is always going to be part of this family. If there is one thing we can remember him for it is for showing this family how to show emotion to each other and to bring us closer together.

I always remember the feeling of sitting in the waiting room at the Doctors with Matthew and our parents. I was so scared. We had this phobia of dogs, we were terrified of them, any shape and size. We went into the Doctors and I still remember I was 8 years old and wanted to slap the Doctor for the classic line "you should get a dog,". I was sitting there like, nodding away, listening going "yeah we're scared of dogs...any medicine for that?", and when I heard him say to my parents to get a dog I suddenly sprung up thinking "you have to be bloody joking!!". He wasn't. We got out of the Doctors and we went to the local shop for a sweetie since we were so brave, I choose a "Caramac" bar which I never tried before, I hated it. Go figure. It wasn't a turning out to be a good day.

I remember our family talking about what sort of dog to get, I was very much uninterested. I did however have a small spot for a "Westie" but no one other than my Mum jumped on that idea with much enthusiasm. A friend at my dads work recommend a Miniature Schnauzer and I always remember my dad using the yellow pages and going online to find a breeder that had puppies to sell.

We drove from Inverness to Leeds and back again in the one day. Matthew and I stayed in the car as Eddie and my parents went in to "pick" a dog. I sat in the car after we started to drive home so scared. Matthew was much braver than I was, he took a strong liking to him straight away, I was less than pleased. I felt like I was an outsider in my own bloody house.

I'm not going to sit here and bore everyone with stories about Bowser Campbell, there are almost 15 years of them! One thing I will say however, is I remember the day I fell in love with Bowser and even when I wasn't keen on having him in the house, he always showed his love to us.

We are all going to have our own memories and favorite stories with Bowser, I'm finding out things these days that I didn't even know about him! I guess we all have a different bond with him. I personally will always remember him for bringing so much happiness into our lives, even through sad times. I remember sitting in my bed after school in tears sometimes and I'd hear the sound of his collar and my door would open slightly and the next thing I knew Bowser was sitting on my bed next to me. He always seemed to know when I felt sad. When we were younger and walking him, if there ever was a bigger dog in front of us, on a lead or not, Bowser would always put himself in front of us, always. He always did what he felt he had to do to protect us and to keep us save. It's been a privilege having him in my live for so long and in the future. His legacy will live with us forever and if I had to go into that room again tomorrow, or any day, I would do so without hesitation because we did what was best for him and I like to believe he knows that. I was the last person he saw before he past away and I'm proud to call him part of the family, a King, a brother.

We will never forget you Bowser.

And one last thing. Some people seem to be amazed or impressed at what I did that night. I remember this quote:

"One thing you will discover is that life is based less than you think on what you've learned and much more than you think in what you have inside of you right from the beginning""

    ttraction

Are you a flirtatious person? Yes
Physically, what immediately draws you to the opposite sex? Eyes (from close) but from a distance, boobs.
Personality-wise, what immediately draws you to the opposite sex? Someone who is their own person (not following the latest trend), not a total bitchy person, so they would need to be kind and make me laugh, because i like laughing and i smile when i laugh.
Does it matter if they are involved in activities like sports or music? Hell no.
Have you ever gotten butterflies because you liked someone so much? Butterflies and the feeling you need to go to the loo very sooooon

    First Date

For a first date, would you rather go out alone or out with friends? I think both have the advantages but alone would be easier in the long run
Go to a place where you can talk or go to a place where you can have fun? Again, both are good but talking is good...see if you can "click"
To you, is feeling a ‘connection’ important on the first date? That depends on what sort of connection. If I had nothing in common with someone and I wasn't attracted to them, then I guess a second date wouldn't be on the highest of my to do list (no pun meant!)
What is one place you wouldn’t want to go to for a first date? Some crowded night club or swimming
Have you ever been on a blind date? No but I was thinking of the tv show today at work for some awful reason.
Do you kiss on the first date? Not done it yet! :p

    Love
Have you ever been in love? Yes
How do you know if you’re in love? When you know you'd do anything for that person and when they are hurt in anyway and you can't do anything and are all helpless, then you know how much you really care about them.
Have you told someone that you loved them when you really didn’t? I've written it on cards for like relatives....:p
Is having love in your life important? Yes. No "sometimes" about it.grr
Do you think you are or will be good at expressing love? Hell yeah.
Do you think it’s true that we all have one soulmate in our life? Yes

    ---» Upsets
Have you ever liked/loved someone and never had that feeling returned? Yes
Have you ever asked the opposite sex out and been turned down? Yes
Have you ever been set up as a joke? Yes (this is jolly..)

It's been a little while since I've done an update around here.

PURE WWE seems to be dead :( I can't access the site either can Gossy. It's been like this for me for about a week, since December to Dismember. Did anyone see that show? It was good..."what?" I hear you cry, fear not, let me explain:

Hardys vs MNM - A "dream" match in the WWE right now and it was all action. It was an invitation from ECW to the Hardys to appear at their first PPV and they left an open challenge that was accepted by the returning MNM. Jeff Hardy had the upper hand against Johnny Nitro so Nitro found his old partner to be back at his full best to take on Hardy. Jeff's older brother Matt stepped up and they formed Team Xtreme again and put on an entertaining match which everyone was a winner.

Matt Striker took on Balls Mahoney but only if it were wrestling rules so Balls out wrestled Striker. This wasn't going to be a pretty match but it wasn't really supposed to. Balls out played Striker in his own enviroment and made a jackass out of him.

ECW long time faithful, Tommy Dreamer lost against Daivari who had The Great Khali banned from ringside. Daivari, the underdog got a cheap win of Dreamer then Khali planted Dreamer into the ramp. David vs Goliath story. Dreamer can't get a match against Khali but he does against Daivari, and his mind is elsewhere. He loses the match and Khali gets the upperhand.

Elijah Burke & Sylvester Terkay defeat The FBI. It was like "look at us" sort of thing. The made light work of the FBI and showed the world that they should be taken serious. Apparently using some TNA's stars finishers upset a few people, to me it's like WGTT, Batista, Cena, Orton, Brock all over again...new stars breathing life into WWE. Arrogant heels win.

Kevin Thorn & Ariel defeated Mike Knox & Kelly Kelly. Heel vs Heel? Thorn isn't really more a heel than a face...he's a tweener...he's like the leader of his own cult....he doesn't give a crap who he fights. Knox is big and dumb....but gained killer heat for leaving Kelly to fight the match herself. He was sick of her CM Punk love. She was his girlfriend but showed no loyality. The big man had enough and dumped her.

So Lashley wins the Elimination Chamber. It was expected and the right result. Big Show is leaving, or has left. Sabu was left out of the match so it was more brawling than flying and the heels needed to stack it up against the good guys. Punk is over, yeah, and I like him, but there was no logical reason for him NOT to be eliminated first. RVD against Hardcore and Test....2 on 1...then it was hopefully going to be 3 on 2 but Test got greedy. Lashley vs 2, odds stacked against him and he wins. Why not? He should be the big dog in a small yard, for now anyway. Punk's not ready, they need a face champion for the fans to get behind and RVD is a bit stale just now.

As for Sabu, I want to see a "who attacked Sabu" angle...one that doesn't point to Hardcore Holly or Test...Perhaps Balls Mahoney? He was boo'd because he wrestled on a wrestling show. Why not take it to the extreme and stop such an extreme wrestler like Sabu fight for those fans. Balls vs Sabu?

    Indeed. thoughts?

I'm loving Stargate right now...started watching it from season 1...although im loving West Wing too...and NYPD Blue...and i want to start SITC and Soprano's....plus Alias and I want to watch Buffy from the start again too.

Not enough time in the day to watch all that and play guitar hero 2, smackdown vs raw 2 and fable...and champ man.

Trying to gey myself fired up for tomorrow.

I'm going to an options sign on which is the manager program at Tesco.

The day involves me going to another store and going through 5 different interview/group discussion/role playing activities and being watched from the minute I enter until I leave.

If I get signed on then I could sign off as a Line Manager in like a year or even less. It's like the step behind Senoir Team which is one step behind Store Manager.

    I can do it.

    I want to do it.

I've wanted it for 4 years.

    It's my time.

I need to go in there and RVD it and be the Whole Fucking Show.

I need to be passionate and have my head screwed on.

I need to walk in there and put on one hell of a show.

    Been a while.

    Been a strange few weeks...

Writing a book type project thingy...no interest in getting anything "out there"..well apart from starting a new site at some point...but totally not, repeat, not on the book writing wagon...just something for my own personnal interest.

Speaking of all this creativeness....still have that idea for a sitcom...a few ideas floating around, need to get in touch with pedro about that one.

Not been posting on PURE WWE much...let down big time with SNME and the lack of Raw invasion of Smackdown...still...Wrestlemania soon!!~~~~~~~~

Work is ok...ish...just waiting for people to get back from holidays so i can talk to them about my big push.

Been let down a little by someone lately.

Scrubs series 5 is fucking awesome.

Bought Stargate series 8 and Atlantis series 1 on dvd.

Got dentist tomorrow, not, NOT looking forward to it.
